I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN, CAN I USE ‘LOVE TO B’ PRODUCTS?
Our products have been formulated with sensitive skin in mind and we like to use natural ingredients. This means we are able to produce beautifully mild soaps and skincare products. However, some people with sensitive skin can sometimes be allergic to natural ingredients as well.
If you feel your skin is especially sensitive, we suggest you do a skin test – use a small amount of product on a patch of unexposed skin and leave for at least 24 hours. You will then be able to assess your sensitivity before using the product further.
If you have known allergies please ensure you check the ingredients listed with each product.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PALM OIL?
ALL our ‘Love to b’ products have been palm oil free since 2015. We know rain forest is being cleared at an ever-increasing rate to make way for palm oil plantations and the clearance of these forests threatens many unique animals including several endangered species such as the Sumatran and Bornean orang-utan, the Sumatran tiger and rhino and the Sumatran and Bornean elephant. Even by using organic palm oil we couldn’t be completely certain we weren’t contributing to the growth of this industry – and we wanted no part in it.

ARE ALL YOUR ‘LOVE TO B’ PRODUCTS HANDMADE?
Our soaps and skincare are made lovingly by hand, using the finest natural ingredients.
DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
Absolutely not, nor do we commission anyone else to do so on our behalf. Although animal testing is now illegal in the EU, some overseas markets still require cosmetics to be tested on sentient beings prior to sale. We choose not sell to these markets as animal testing is cruel, and completely unnecessary! (See https://www.peta.org.uk/issues/animals-not-experiment-on/cosmetics/)
DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES OF YOUR PRODUCTS TO TRY?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide samples – mainly due to the large number of requests we receive each week!
DO ’LOVE TO B’ SOAPS HAVE A ‘USE BY’ DATE?
Our soap bars are made using the cold process method and mature with age. Even when kept for a couple of years it will still be beautifully mild!
However to fully appreciate the natural scent and properties from the essential oils that we use in every bar of ‘Love to b’ soap, we recommend that you enjoy your soap within six to twelve months of purchase.
All other products have a ‘Best Before’ date together with the batch number, as required by EU legislation and in line with our cosmetic product safety assessments.
ARE ‘LOVE TO B’ PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS?
Our products are 100% vegan. A complete ingredients list can be found alongside every product on our website. Please get in touch if you have a specific query and we’ll be happy to help!
HOW DO YOU FRAGRANCE AND COLOUR YOUR ‘LOVE TO B’ PRODUCTS?
We only use pure essential oils in all our soaps and skincare – these add scent and help condition your skin, as well as having a fabulous therapeutic value!
To colour and texture to our products we use only herbs, spices, fruit, botanicals and natural minerals.

How do I track my order?
You can review the progress of your order by heading over to the 'orders' section in your account, you should also receive updates via email or text, such as dispatch notifications.
You will receive postage updates and expected delivery dates if you have selected a tracked postage option at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
It depends. You can choose from 2 different delivery options;
Standard - with an estimated delivery time of 2-4 working days.
or
Express - our tracked option with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days.
These delivery times may vary, and can be affected by factors outside of our control. We will always aim to display information about planned disruption.

Do we deliver outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to send Love to b around the world, but we're working hard to get our products to you in the future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major card providers e.g. Visa, MasterCard, American Express etc. We also accept payment through PayPal, or you can speed up checkout with Google or Apple Pay. You can select this at the checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order, providing you do so before its dispatch. After this point we cannot cancel your order.
Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes, we can! Simply tick the little box in the basket, and add your personalised Gift Message.
We'll print your message and add it to your gift, so the lucky recipient can identify who their special handmade gift is from.
Your gift will be lovingly wrapped within a postal box. We use tissue, wrapping paper, sustainable ribbon and botanicals, creating a beautiful unboxing experience for your friend or loved one.
Please note that we can send your gift direct to the recipient, reducing the carbon footprint of your gift!

I had an account on your old site, can I use it on this one?
Unfortunately, for security reasons, we were not able to move your sensitive data to our new platform. Rest assured, that your data has been disposed of responsibly.

Subscription FAQs
How do subscriptions work?
Want your favourite skincare on tap? Well good news, you can get regular deliveries of your favourite skincare, and at a discount too!
Simply:
1. Choose your skincare, and select Subscribe & Save. You can then select your delivery intervals; every 1,2,3, or 6 months. Then just add to your basket.
2. Complete checkout with your subscription item(s). You can purchase one off items at the same time too, how handy!
3. Regularly recieve a lovely Love to b parcel with your favourite skincare.
You can easily edit your subscription(s) in your account. You're able to skip & reschedule orders, change delivery frequency or pause at anytime!
Want an extra item on your next delivery? Simply head to your account and add one time items to your delivery.
You aren't tied in either! Cancel your subscription at any time (after a minimum of 2 billing cycles. See our Subscription Policy for details).
How Often Will I Receive A Parcel?
That's completely up to you!
When you create your subscription, you will have the option of a delivery every 1,2,3 or 6 months respectively.
Once your subscription has begun, you can skip & reschedule orders, change delivery frequency or pause your subscription at any time!
What if I have multiple Love to b subscriptions?
Good question! You can merge your subscriptions into a single subscription, so long as:
1. They have the same delivery interval. e.g. every 2 months.
2. They have the same delivery address.
Can I change what arrives in my parcels?
Want an extra item on your next delivery? Simply head to your account and add one time items to your delivery. You can swap out or add extra items at any time.
Can I add one-off items to my parcels?
Yes! Simply head to your account, click 'Manage Subscriptions' and add whatever you'd like to your next delivery. It really is that simple!
How do I cancel?
With a Love to b subscription, you aren't tied in! You can cancel your subscription at any time (after a minimum of 2 billing cycles. See our Subscription Policy for details).
What can I change about my subscriptions?
You can skip, reschedule, change or pause your subscription(s) at any time. You can even swap out and add one off items. Just sign in, head to your account and click 'Manage Subscriptions'.
Now that's cool!
I have multiple subscriptions, can I merge them?
Yes, you can! Simply head to your account and click 'Manage Subscriptions'. From there you can merge your subscriptions, provided:
1. They have the same delivery interval. e.g. every 2 months.
2. They have the same delivery address.
Can I checkout with subscription and non subscription items?
Yes! It's a short answer, but the right one.
Help! I don't know how to setup a subscription.
No worries, let's help you out!
Firstly, head to your chosen product. On the right hand side, you'll see 'One time Purchase' and 'Subscribe and Save'. Select 'Subscribe & Save'. From there you will see 'Deliver every' and a selector saying month. Change this to however often you'd like to receive this product, and add to basket.
Repeat this for as many other subscription items you'd like or add one off items to the basket too. Once you're happy, checkout as you normally would.
That's it, all done! You can now sit back an relax whilst you wait for the knock on the door with your lovely Love to b parcel.
Once your subscription is up and running, you can easily edit it in your account. You're able to skip & reschedule orders, change delivery frequency or pause at anytime!

Delivery & Returns FAQs
How do I track my order?
You can see the status of your order in your account, and will receive updates such as dispatch notifications via email.
With Express Delivery, you can track your parcel all the way to your door. You'll get the tracking details in your email inbox as soon as they're available.
Can I collect from you in Ringwood?
Sure can! Simply select Click & Collect at checkout, and wait for an email/ text saying it's ready for you to collect. It's usually ready within 2 hours during opening hours.
Once you have that email/ text, come and see us in the Furlong in Ringwood. It's as simple as that!
Can I amend my order?
If you want to amend your order, please contact us to find a solution.
Please note that amending an order after its dispatch is not possible.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order, providing you do so before its dispatch. After this point we cannot cancel your order.
Do we deliver outside the UK?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to send Love to b around the world, but we're working hard to get our products to you in the future.
My items have arrived damaged, what should I do?
In the unlikely event your order doesn't arrive in pristine condition, get in touch with us (with a photo of the issue if possible), & we will resolve the issue for you.

In the unlikely event there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with us, & we will aim to resolve the issue.
Can I return my order?
To be eligible to make a return, your items must be:
● Unopened
● Unused
● In saleable condition
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for opened, used or damaged items.
